Foods I miss...

I went to a Panera Bread recently, and I have to say, I really miss the Tuscan Chicken sandwich. It might very well be the best sandwich I've ever had, and it's been gone from their menu for quite some time now. Maybe that's why I haven't gone to a Panera in quite some time now. It just makes me sad every time I go. Another one I miss is from Cafe Brazil - the Yuacataca Empanada. Why do restaurants get rid of such fabulous menu items? Am I the only person that likes them? I know that's not it, because even the waiters at Cafe Brazil remember the Yuacataca Empanada fondly. Sigh.
